How a quote is put together
Three things set the price: the vehicle class, the kind of booking and the distance or time involved. Airport transfers and one-way rides are priced by route, so the figure you approve covers the drive regardless of traffic on the day. Hourly bookings are priced by the hour for the class you choose, with the 3-hour minimum shown on the quote.
Anything you add after booking, such as another stop, a later return or a larger vehicle, is re-quoted before the trip so the final figure never arrives as a surprise. For groups, weddings and multi-day programs, email the itinerary through the contact page and dispatch will price the whole plan at once.

What is the minimum charge for hourly service?
Every vehicle class has a 3-hour minimum: $360 for the sedan, $450 for the SUV, $690 for the S-Class and $720 for the Sprinter.
What is the lowest fare for a one-way ride?
One-way rides within the metro start from $130 by sedan and $160 by SUV. Longer distances are quoted higher, always in writing before you book.
Can I cancel without a charge?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged because the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your trip.
Do corporate accounts get a different price?
Corporate account pricing may differ from the listed retail rates, and approved accounts receive consolidated monthly billing.
