Tell us the trip
Book online, call, or email the details: addresses, time, passengers, bags and any flight number. Groups and multi-stop days can send a full itinerary.
Approve a written quote
You see the vehicle class and the price before you confirm. Airport transfers and one-way rides are quoted flat; hourly service shows the hours and total.
Meet your chauffeur
Chauffeur contact details arrive before the trip. Chauffeurs arrive ten minutes before the scheduled pickup, and airport pickups move with your actual landing time.
Settle simply
Individual rides are paid through the secure booking system; approved corporate accounts receive one itemized invoice each month.

Choosing a service
Which service should I book for a single ride?
Book a point-to-point transfer, or an airport transfer if a flight is involved. Both are quoted flat in writing, with one-way fares starting from $130 by sedan and $160 by SUV.
When is hourly charter the better choice?
When the day has several stops, waiting time or a return you cannot time yet. Hourly service keeps the same car and chauffeur with you and has a three-hour minimum, starting at $360 for a sedan.
Can one booking combine several services?
Yes. A roadshow can start with an airport pickup and end with a departure, and a wedding can mix an S-Class for the couple with a Sprinter for guests. Dispatch quotes the whole plan in writing.
Do you offer corporate billing for every service?
Yes. Approved corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices listing trip dates, pickup addresses and vehicle types across all services.
