Airport transfers are prearranged rides between PDX and homes, hotels, or offices across the region. Our dispatch team is a New York-based chauffeured transportation company, and every Portland ride is dispatched through a vetted local affiliate operator. The service covers PDX at 7000 NE Airport Way and destinations including downtown Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Vancouver, Tigard, Oregon City, Salem, Eugene, and Seattle. Vehicles include black sedans, SUVs, executive vans, and Sprinters for larger groups. Drivers track commercial flights and adjust pickup times for delays when possible.
Business, medical, and leisure travelers use PDX transfers most often.
Executives head to offices in the Lloyd District, Pearl District, and South Waterfront. Medical passengers and families travel to OHSU on Marquam Hill, Providence Portland at 4805 NE Glisan, and Legacy Emanuel. Leisure visitors book rides to downtown hotels near Pioneer Courthouse Square and the Willamette River waterfront. Demand rises during the Portland Rose Festival in June, summer tourism months, and the December holiday rush. PDX handled about 16.4 million passengers in 2023, so peak days fill vehicles quickly.
Sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters match different group sizes and luggage needs.
Sedans work well for one or two passengers with standard luggage, while SUVs accommodate up to three passengers with extra bags or winter gear. Executive vans and Sprinters are the better choice for groups of five to fourteen people. Domestic travelers are met inside baggage claim or at the prearranged curb zone. International arrivals are met after customs exit at the designated chauffeur meeting point. The driver will call or text when your flight lands to confirm the exact location.
Pricing starts at $130 for a sedan from PDX to downtown Portland.
Each published route has a base sedan rate listed on our site. Route examples include PDX to Beaverton from a written flat rate, PDX to Hillsboro from $120, PDX to Lake Oswego from a written flat rate, and PDX to Vancouver from a written flat rate. Upgrades to SUVs, executive vans, or Sprinters add roughly 35 to 55 percent. Wait time is included for domestic flight delays up to 60 minutes after landing. Additional parking, tolls along the I-205 corridor, and requested stops are billed separately. Gratuity is not included unless your company account requests it in advance.
One limitation is that we cannot control TSA lines or customs wait times.
We monitor flight status, but security queues and baggage delays can push the actual pickup back. International arrivals may need extra time to clear customs before the driver can meet you. Rideshare and taxi pickup zones at PDX are separate from prearranged car-service meeting points. Bad weather on I-84 or I-205 can also add unpredictable delays during winter storms.
