Executive roadshows provide a dedicated vehicle and driver for a packed schedule of meetings. Our dispatch team is a New York-based chauffeured transportation company, and every Portland roadshow is dispatched through a vetted local affiliate operator. The driver stays with the vehicle all day and moves between offices, campuses, and meeting venues. Roadshows can include airport pickups, hotel transfers, campus tours, and dinner drop-offs in a single day. Sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters are available.
Private equity, venture capital, and enterprise sales teams use roadshows.
Common stops include Intel's Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Columbia Sportswear near downtown, and Daimler Trucks North America in Portland. Financial and legal meetings happen in downtown towers near Pioneer Courthouse Square. Intel's Ronler Acres is one of the company's largest manufacturing sites and a frequent destination for investor groups. Commercial real estate brokers also use roadshows to tour multiple properties in the central city and suburbs. The busiest seasons are Q1 planning, Q3 site visits, and fall investor days. Holiday weeks in late December are usually slower and easier to book.
Sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters match different team sizes.
Sedans are standard for one executive and a colleague. SUVs work for teams carrying due-diligence materials or winter gear. Vans are useful for teams with sample products or presentation boards. Sprinters suit larger groups touring multiple facilities. We build a timed itinerary with your assistant or travel coordinator and leave buffer windows for traffic on I-5, I-205, OR-217, and US-26.
Pricing is hourly with a full-day minimum.
Sedans start at $120 per hour with an eight-hour minimum. SUVs start at $240 per hour, and Sprinters start around $240 per hour. A standard Portland metro roadshow covers up to 150 miles in an eight-hour day. A Portland-to-Seattle leg can be added for an additional route charge starting at $525. Mileage beyond the included range may trigger a fuel surcharge. Parking, tolls on the I-205 corridor, and after-hours extensions are billed separately. Gratuity is not included unless arranged in advance.
One limitation is that tight schedules can collapse from traffic or meeting delays.
Back-to-back meetings can fall behind if one appointment runs long or I-5 and I-205 traffic stalls. We recommend 15- to 20-minute buffers between stops. Remote facilities in Forest Grove or McMinnville may require longer drive times than the map suggests. We also cannot guarantee a specific vehicle make; we confirm the category and capacity.
