Three airports, one standard
Portland airport transfers
PDX, Hillsboro, and Troutdale pickups with flight tracking.
The Portland metro has one major commercial airport and two busy general aviation fields on opposite sides of the city. We cover all three with the same process: the flight is tracked, chauffeur details arrive before you land, and the fare is agreed in writing before you book.

How airport pickups work here
At Portland International, arrivals and baggage claim are on the lower level. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign and walks you out to the lower-level commercial curb, where prearranged vehicles are permitted to load. Departures drop on the upper roadway at the door nearest your airline.
Hillsboro and Troutdale work differently because there is no airline terminal. Pickups happen at the FBO or terminal entrance, and the tail number or flight school name is what lets the chauffeur find you. At Troutdale, cell coverage can be patchy near the hangars, so a call to dispatch on landing is the quickest way to say you are ready.
Planning around Portland traffic
Airport timing in Portland turns on a handful of corridors. The I-84 and I-205 interchange near PDX sees recurring afternoon congestion from about 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., US-26 slows from Sylvan Hill through the Vista Ridge Tunnels in the morning, and I-5 through the Marquam Bridge area is slow at both peaks. Dispatch builds those windows into pickup times for departures, and chooses the route on the day for arrivals.
For trips beyond the metro, see popular routes, including one-way rides from Portland to Salem, Eugene and Seattle.

Airport questions
Which Portland airport should I use?
Scheduled airline flights use Portland International (PDX). Private and business aircraft often use Hillsboro Airport on the west side or Troutdale Airport on the east side, which can be closer to meetings in those suburbs.
Do you track flights at every airport?
Commercial flights into PDX are tracked automatically. For private aviation at Hillsboro or Troutdale, we ask for the tail number and FBO so the chauffeur is ready at the right place when the aircraft arrives.
What vehicle should I book for an airport run?
Sedans take up to three passengers and three bags, the Escalade up to six, and the Sprinter up to fourteen with their luggage. Send your bag count and dispatch will confirm the right class.
Can I book an airport pickup and an hourly charter together?
Yes. Many clients start an hourly booking at the airport and go straight to meetings, a hotel check-in or a day out in wine country or the Gorge.
