Portland, OR · Corporate Transportation

Corporate transportation covers recurring and ad-hoc business ground transportation in Portland.

Written flat rates 24/7 dispatch Corporate billing available

Corporate transportation is scheduled car service for executives, clients, staff, and visiting teams. Our dispatch team is a New York-based chauffeured transportation company, and every Portland corporate ride is dispatched through a vetted local affiliate operator. The service includes airport transfers, hotel runs, office-to-office trips, and meeting shuttles across the metro area. Vehicles range from sedans and SUVs to Sprinters for larger groups. Account holders can request monthly invoicing and a dedicated point of contact.

Technology, sportswear, healthcare, and legal firms use corporate transportation.

Common destinations include Nike World Headquarters off Murray Boulevard in Beaverton and Intel's Ronler Acres and Jones Farm campuses in Hillsboro. Executives also travel to Columbia Sportswear near downtown Portland, OHSU on Marquam Hill, and Providence Portland Medical Center. OHSU is Oregon's only academic health center, drawing medical sales teams and specialists. Law firms and financial offices cluster around Pioneer Courthouse Square and the downtown waterfront. Conventions at the Oregon Convention Center at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd also create group shuttle demand. The center contains 255,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space and is served by the MAX Yellow and Green lines. Demand increases during quarterly earnings weeks, Portland State University terms, and major trade shows.

Sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters suit different corporate needs.

Sedans are standard for one or two executives traveling to meetings. SUVs work well for small teams with presentation materials or winter gear. Vans and Sprinters suit larger groups visiting a campus or convention together. Account holders receive itemized invoices with net-15 terms. Ride details can be sent to an administrative contact or travel coordinator.

Pricing is route-based or hourly, with vehicle upgrades available.

Point-to-point routes use the same base rates as airport transfers, with PDX to downtown Portland starting at a written flat rate. Route examples include PDX to Beaverton from a written flat rate, PDX to Hillsboro from $120, and downtown Portland to the Oregon Convention Center from about a written flat rate. Multi-stop days are billed hourly, with sedans from $120 per hour and a three-hour minimum. Upgrades to SUVs or vans add 35 to 55 percent. Parking, tolls, and after-hours requests are billed separately. Gratuity is not included unless arranged in advance.

One limitation is that we do not own a Portland fleet.

Every vehicle comes from a vetted local affiliate operator. Some last-minute requests outside standard business hours may need extra lead time. Large conventions can also limit vehicle availability in the Lloyd District and downtown core. Planning ahead improves the chance of securing your preferred vehicle category.

Setting up a Portland corporate account

An account gives your company centralized booking, consolidated monthly billing and a single account contact at our New York office. Travel coordinators can set ride authorization rules and cost centers, load recurring routes for a Portland office, and have confirmations copied to an assistant or travel desk. Every invoice lists trip dates, pickup addresses and vehicle types so expense reporting does not become a scavenger hunt.

Accounts work equally well for a single executive who flies into PDX once a month and for a company bringing a full sales kickoff to the Oregon Convention Center.

West-side campus logistics

Many corporate rides end at secured campuses. Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, the Adidas North American headquarters in Portland and the Intel campuses in Hillsboro require visitor placards or license-plate pre-registration, and chauffeured vehicles use designated guest lots. Send host names and building numbers with the booking so the car can be registered before it arrives at the gate.

For morning meetings on the west side, dispatch plans around the US-26 slowdown from Sylvan Hill through the Vista Ridge Tunnels, which typically runs from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
