Portland, OR · Sprinter Van Service

Sprinter van service provides high-roof vans for groups of up to fourteen passengers.

Written flat rates 24/7 dispatch Corporate billing available

Sprinter van service is group transportation in Mercedes-Benz or similar high-roof vans. Our dispatch team is a New York-based chauffeured transportation company, and every Portland Sprinter is dispatched through a vetted local affiliate operator. The vans seat up to eleven or fourteen passengers with luggage room. They work for airport runs, corporate shuttles, wedding parties, and event transport.

Corporate groups, wedding parties, and event attendees use Sprinters.

Corporate groups use Sprinters for campus tours at Nike in Beaverton, Intel in Hillsboro, and Columbia Sportswear near downtown. Wedding parties move between hotels, ceremony sites, and reception venues in the Pearl District, Lake Oswego, and Willamette Valley. Event attendees use them for concerts at Moda Center at 1 Center Court and shows at the Oregon Convention Center. The Oregon Convention Center at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd hosts events such as the Portland International Auto Show in January. Theater groups attending performances at the Keller Auditorium and Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall also use Sprinters for cast and crew transport. Sports teams and production crews book Sprinters during tournament seasons and film shoots. Summer weekends and major conventions drive the highest demand.

Standard and executive Sprinters are available.

Standard Sprinters seat eleven to fourteen passengers. Executive configurations may include rear-facing seats, leather, and extra luggage space. They are ideal for groups with checked bags, golf clubs, or equipment cases. Sprinters are commonly used for shuttles between PDX and downtown hotels when groups arrive together. All Sprinter rides include a professional driver and commercial insurance.

Sprinter pricing runs 35 to 55 percent above sedan rates.

A PDX-to-downtown Portland transfer starts at about $155. Hourly charters start around $135 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Route examples include PDX to Beaverton from about $165, PDX to Hillsboro from about $185, PDX to Oregon City from about $210, and PDX to Salem from about $235. A full eight-hour day in a Sprinter starts around $1,080. Parking, tolls, and requested stops are billed separately. Gratuity is not included unless arranged in advance.

One limitation is limited Sprinter availability in Portland.

Booking 48 hours or more ahead is strongly recommended, especially on summer weekends and during major conventions. Last-minute Sprinter requests on Friday and Saturday evenings are often impossible to fill. Sprinters also cannot enter low-clearance parking garages. You may need to load and unload at street level or surface lots.

Planning seats, bags and stops for a group

The Sprinter seats up to fourteen passengers with space for up to fourteen bags, but the comfortable number depends on the day. A convention team with roller cases and display tubes is different from a birthday group carrying nothing but jackets. Tell dispatch how many people, how many large bags and whether anything oversized is coming, and the quote will reflect the right vehicle or a second car if needed.

One vehicle keeps a group together. Nobody waits on a second rideshare, and arrivals at a venue, winery or hotel happen at the same moment.

Where a high-roof van can wait

A high-roof Sprinter does not fit inside most downtown and Pearl District parking garages, so the chauffeur holds at the curb, a hotel driveway or a nearby loading zone and moves when you call. At PDX, group pickups happen at the lower-level commercial curb like every prearranged vehicle. At the Oregon Convention Center, the event’s traffic plan decides where a van can wait, and dispatch plans pickup times around the walk to it.
