Reservations, flight tracking, quality checks and billing are handled centrally by our dispatch team in New York. The cars and chauffeurs come from established Portland-area affiliate operators who know the city’s bridges, airport procedures and event venues, and who maintain the sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans you ride in.
We are open about that structure. We are not a Portland-born company, and we do not claim to own a local fleet. What the arrangement gives you is a single point of contact, one standard for every vehicle class and one invoice, with local knowledge behind the wheel.
From booking to drop-off
What happens between your first call and the end of the ride.
You book online or by phone
Reservations open around the clock through the secure booking form or by phone. For an airport pickup we ask for the airline, flight number and expected landing time; for an hourly charter, the start time and how long you need the car.
You receive a written quote and confirmation
The price is agreed in writing before you confirm, and the confirmation email carries the quoted fare, pickup instructions and how to reach your chauffeur. Corporate accounts can have every ride gathered onto one itemized monthly invoice.
Dispatch matches the car and chauffeur
Our New York desk assigns the trip to a Portland affiliate operator in the vehicle class you reserved. Before the ride you receive the chauffeur’s name, the vehicle description and the license plate.
The chauffeur arrives early
Chauffeurs arrive ahead of the scheduled time and let you know by text or call once they are on site. At PDX they work from the lower-level commercial curb, and arriving flights are tracked so the pickup follows the actual landing.
The ride runs on your schedule
Luggage is loaded, doors are opened and the chauffeur follows your itinerary without adding stops you did not approve. Payment is processed after the ride on the card on file, or billed to your corporate account.
When we are not the right fit
Every ride is reserved ahead. We do not take street hails, send on-demand cars within minutes or run shared-ride shuttles, and hourly charters carry a three-hour minimum. For a short hop across downtown with no luggage, a taxi or rideshare will usually be cheaper and quicker.
We also do not run stretch limousines, party buses or vintage cars. The fleet is late-model sedans, SUVs, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, and because vehicles come from vetted affiliates, badges and interior trim can differ slightly from one car to the next. Around major events, holidays and severe weather, availability tightens, so booking early matters most then. Current hourly rates and minimums are on the rates page.
